Heisman Hype! HEHE

This year the Heisman race seems to be up for grabs. The quarterback position seems to be dominating this race. Tim Tebow, Colt McCoy, Graham Harrell, Chase Daniels, and Michael Crabtree are the front runners right now. In my opinion the Harrell is in the lead. If his team continues to beat teams the way they are he will win. His statistics are far better then everyone else. Tebow won't win because the gators spread the ball around more this year. McCoy, Daniels, and Crabtree have put up impressive numbers, but they are all under shadowed because Harrell is playing so well.

I would have to agree with you because of how Texas Tech has been playing. Chase Daniels is just not on a good team to make his chances better, and when he played against top teams he didn't go so well. Then comes Michael Crabtree, who is probably the best wide receiver in the nation, but he is a wide receiver and doesn't offer as much as a quarterback. After that, it's the two players I think are overrated in Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow. McCoy just has a better team around him than the teams he has played in the regular season. Tebow just has to good of players around him to give him something that he doesn't deserve. Also, Tebow had an impressive season last year with all touchdowns but a lot of them were when they didn't even needed it and it was more of a running up the score. The voters shouldn't be looking at past years and that's the only thing that would help out Tebow. Therefore, the winner would have to be Harrell, who is having a phenomenal season statistically but also with the team he's playing on.
